Step 1:

New Patient Exam – $175

This is a 30-minute appointment either in-person or over the phone. It includes a full intake, review of your health history and past labs, and x-rays if done in person. We’ll also provide testing recommendations tailored to your concerns and health goals.

Step 2:

Testing – $200–$400 per test

Your provider may recommend a variety of tests, such as bloodwork, stool testing, urine hormone panels, and more. If you’re not local, many tests can be shipped to your home or done locally at a lab near you. Testing is based on your unique symptoms and needs.

Step 3:

Test Interpretation – $300

Once your results are in, you’ll meet with your provider to review them. You’ll receive a personalized care plan that includes lifestyle recommendations, supplement guidance, and a path forward tailored to your body.

Step 4:

Supplements – $20–$140 each

Based on your test results, your provider will suggest specific supplements to support your healing. We offer our own high-quality supplements, which can be purchased in-clinic or shipped directly to you.

Step 5:

Ongoing Support

We don’t just hand you a plan and send you on your way — our team walks with you. Your provider will meet with you regularly to monitor your progress, adjust supplements, suggest lifestyle shifts, and recommend additional testing if needed.
