Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time appointments are scheduled unless the patient is enrolled in a prepaid Consultation Plan.
Appointment Policy
Our providers see patients by appointment only.
We understand that schedules change. Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without charge if we receive at least 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled appointment time.
Appointments that are canceled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to the following fees unless extenuating circumstances are approved by our office:
New Patient Appointment: $99
Follow-Up Appointments: $250
This policy helps us accommodate other patients who may be waiting for an appointment.
Consultation Plan Policy
Patients enrolled in a prepaid Consultation Plan receive discounted pricing on herbs, supplements, and appointments.
If you choose to discontinue your Consultation Plan before completion, all services already rendered will revert back to full price. Supplements will also revert to full price. The patient will be responsible for paying the difference. If a credit remains after pricing has reverted back to full price, The Wellness Way will refund me the amount owed. Refunds will not be accepted 3 months past the purchase date of the Consultation Plan.
Refund Policy
Refund requests for Consultation Plans must be made within three (3) months of the original purchase date.
Refund requests submitted more than three months after the purchase date are not eligible for a refund.
Laboratory testing, supplements, and services that have already been performed are non-refundable.
