Due to the sensitive and medicinal nature of our products (including labs), all sales are final.  While we would like every package to arrive perfectly, we know shipping can be a rocky road.  Should the product you receive be damaged, please contact us and we’ll be happy to work out a resolution. 

Orders will ship from our office within a 48-hour window. This policy is in place so that we are able to meticulously pack orders to guarantee accuracy and prevent breakage during transit. Thank you for your understanding.
